Why is my report empty?

Your report

From time to time, a company report may appear blank or empty. There can several reasons for why a report can appear to have less information than usual. Listed below are the most common causes. If you wish to discuss your purchase with our customer service team, please contact us.

Credit scores and limits

We use a number of factors and calculations to produce a credit score and limit. If we feel there is insufficient data available to provide an accurate score or a company poses too much of a risk, we may not provide a credit score or limit. Financials

Occasionally, the financials table in a company report may be incomplete. The reason for this is that a company may not be required to disclose their complete financial figures, such as turnover and employees, for that accounting period.

Due to its size, a company may not be legally required to disclose certain information in its end of year accounts. This is commonly found in Micro-entities, Small, and Dormant companies. For more information on how a company prepares its account, read the following article:

Shareholders

We collect shareholder details from a company's incorporation document or confirmation statement. If a company has not disclosed the shareholders in either of these documents, then our company reports will not display this.

Bulk List
A Bulk List is a large list of shareholders. Due to the number of shareholders, this list is submitted as a 'Bulk List' by a company. This is commonly found in Plc companies.
