Updating your card details

You can quickly and easily update your card details in the Subscription section of your Endole Account settings. Follow these simple steps below to learn how:

1. Login to your Endole Account
2. Open the Settings page by hovering over your Name in the top-right corner.
3. Open the Subscription tab.
4. Click the Update Card button in the Payment Method section.
5. Complete the form with your new card details.

Note: To verify your card, we take a £0.01 payment to ensure the card is valid and able to take payments. This is automatically refunded immediately after verification.

I'm unable to update my card details

Occasionally, we will decline your card despite you having entered the details correctly. This is because we were unable to verify it when trying to take a payment of £0.01 . You can learn more about the reasons why your card provider may have rejected this payment here:
