Before you cancel

We're very sad to hear you wish to cancel your subscription with us. We're keen to keep our customers happy so if you're unsatisfied with anything please contact us before cancelling. Our customer service team will be happy to discuss any concerns you may have.

Cancelling your subscription

Cancelling your subscription is easy and straightfoward. Simply follow these steps:

1. Login to your Endole Account
2. Open the Settings page by hovering over your Display Picture in the top-right corner.
3. Click Settings.
4. Click Subscription.
5. Click the Cancel next to the Status field.
6. Complete the cancellation process

Once you've cancelled, you can continue to use your account until the renewal date. Your account will automatically terminate on the date of your renewal.
