Payments from debit cards and credit cards often fail for a number of reasons. This includes the following:
- You may have entered your card details incorrectly.
- There may be insufficient funds in your account.
- Your debit/credit card may have expired or temporarily deactivated.
- Your card issuer or bank may have refused the payment.
A card payment may occasionally be rejected by your bank or card issuer due to security reasons. This can be resolved by calling your bank and asking them to unblock the payment.
Alternative payment methods
You can complete checkout using PayPal as an alternative payment method. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can select the Guest Checkout
option where you can enter your card details to complete your purchase without having to create a PayPal account.
